Simply register on the Dashboard Login and purchase your licence with the plan you prefer.
What happens if I lose my licence?
You can retrieve it from the licence management panel in Dashboard Login.
How can I update my software?
Software updates occur fully automatically each time the software is started.
Can I transfer my licence to another device?
You can use your licence on another device by clicking the ‘Disable licence’ button in Dashboard Login and then activating it on another device.
What should I do if I see an error message during installation?
Check that your system meets the minimum requirements and try again. If the problem persists, please contact technical support.
How do I activate my licence?
Where you see the exe file to launch the software, create a licence.txt file and paste your licence into it so that the software recognises it.
What payment methods are accepted for purchasing licences?
We accept payment by paypal , stripe and credit card.
Do you also offer support for muonline servers?
If requested, we can offer support in resolving errors due to incorrect server configuration or database issues,
but we do not perform complete configurations and customisations.
Does the launcher have file download limits or slowdowns?
No limits. The download speed depends on the server and the client.
